Card reading: Some mysteries are not meant to be solved. It expands our consciousness to behold something grand and mysterious, greater than ourselves, it gives us a sense of proportion, ourselves in relationship to the vastness of the Universe. We need mystery and wonder.
Still, we want to know the answers to our questions; it is a fundamental human drive, the urge to know, to understand the ‘why’ and ‘wherefore’ of life. In this card, a little boy is gazing awestruck at a strange sight, while in the foreground, a strange character who clearly knows something about it has turned away, suggesting that no answer to the boy’s question is going to be forthcoming.
God, or the Divine, can only be sensed when we allow mystery to be, when we release our quest to compartmentalize and categorize everything. Divinity is greatness beyond measure, beyond our capacity to comprehend. Even when there is an answer, it can be better not to know. Today is that sort of day.
This is a small sample of what you can expect from a card reading, using only a single card. A normal reading uses a minimum of twelve cards, read in layers. Contact me to find out how you can receive your own reading, in person or over Skype. Card readings are enlightening and fun!
